Have a big group to feed? Always wanted to try a real Texas offset smoker? Great! Rent a barbecue! My smokers have been engineered to cook quickly, evenly and deliver predictable results. They use regular oak firewood that is inexpensive and plentiful. There's no need to buy charcoal, wood chips, or pellets. It also pulls conveniently behind almost any vehicle with a hitch. Local delivery also available Never used one before? That's great too! You get the support you need to make it a success. Included are detailed instructions, essential items, and a video of a cook from beginning to end. I try also answer my phone at all hours.
My current unit is approximately 100 gallons in volume and can cook 6-8 pork shoulders, 3-4 briskets and as many ribs as you can fit. Easily enough to feed 100 people if adequate sides are included
Repair Galore
Fix your broken things. Dollars need to work harder in todays world and replacement parts cost too much. I enjoy a challenge and I have a few tricks up my sleeve. Even if you don't think it is repairable, I never charge to take a look. I have capabilities to repair things made of cast metals found in automotive, snowmobile and motorcycle parts. I can also replace broken outboard motor skegs and pressure test the gear case after the procedure I am also happy to assist with your projects. You will find no DIY shame here!
