Have a big group to feed? Always wanted to try a real Texas offset smoker? My smokers have been engineered to cook quickly, evenly and deliver predictable results. They use regular oak firewood that is inexpensive and plentiful. There's no need to buy charcoal, wood chips, or pellets. It also pulls conveniently behind most vehicles with a hitch. Local delivery also available Never used one before? That's great too! You get the support you need to make it a success. Included are instructions, essential items, and a video of a cook from beginning to end. I try also answer my phone at all hours. I know it can be stressful to be the pitmaster for a crowd. My success depends on yours!
I currently have two units. Unit one can handle six to eight pork shoulder roasts, unit two can handle 15 to 20. Book right away for your wedding or grad party.
Repair Galore
Fix your broken things. Dollars need to work harder in todays world and replacement parts cost too much. I enjoy a challenge and I have a few tricks up my sleeve. Even if you don't think it is repairable, I never charge to take a look. I have capabilities to repair things made of cast metals found in automotive, snowmobile and motorcycle parts. I can also replace broken outboard motor skegs and pressure test the gear case after the procedure I am also happy to assist with your projects. You will find no DIY shame here!
Boat and Utility Trailer Maintenance and Repair
There's always that person sitting along the highway with a destroyed boat or utility trailer wheel. Their holiday weekend is wrecked and they have very disappointed family. Annual service and inspection can prevent this in most cases.
